Subi is a personal household net worth tracking and financial planning tool. The App is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for all data you enter into the App and for maintaining the security of your device and any passcodes you set within the App.
The App and its features, including retirement simulations, Monte Carlo analyses, mortgage calculators, and college fund projections, do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
All projections and calculations are based on hypothetical assumptions and simplified models. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Actual outcomes may vary significantly from any projection provided by the App.

All data is stored locally on your device. The developer does not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost. You are solely responsible for:

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data. The developer reserves the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice.
